i am a female in my mid teens and i want to get fit. i have access to a treadmill and an excercise bike. to give you an idea of my current fitness, i can run on the treadmill at 8 km/h for 20 minutes without getting too tired. please be specific.

These are good cardio workouts to increase your fitness:
Boxing!, skipping, swimming, cycling, running, jumping jacks, walking everywhere instead of driving, climbing stairs etc.
Everyday maybe you should wake up, have breakfast, wait an hour then do a 20 minute run/jog on an incline on your treadmill. Then maybe every second day you could do a spin class or a boxing class. I seriously swear by boxing, it does wonders to the human body. You could mix up your routines by doing cycling one day, running another, skipping, etc.
